Our Company

In December 1990, Mark Schneider (founder) opened Pacific Aire, Inc. as an HVAC residential replacement company. His career in the industry started back in 1977 when he began working for Western Heating. During the 1970’s and 1980’s Western Heating became one of the largest and most respected new construction HVAC companies in Ventura County.  As the demand for new construction dwindled, Mark saw an opportunity to utilize his experience in the industry to provide service, maintenance and replacement in the existing residential market.  From that moment, he created a business plan for this new company called Pacific Aire, Inc.
 

Over the next 20 years, Pacific Aire, Inc. operated from several locations within the City of Ventura.  As the service area expanded, Pacific Aire was no longer centrally located to its customer base and as a result the headquarters moved to the City of Camarillo.  Today, Pacific Aire, Inc. proudly serves communities within the counties of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles.
 
While the business has grown, the Pacific Aire team has remained loyal to its principles of providing outstanding customer service and superior workmanship from both its service and replacement departments.  This has been achieved through continual training for all employees using industry partners, offsite training and internal mentoring. Today, Mark remains the driving force behind the company vision.

This achievement has been the result of constant evaluation and improvement of systems, policies and procedures. In addition, Mark and his team understand the importance of making sure each and every customer receives an experience which exceeds their expectations.
