Please accept my thanks for all of your efforts and assistance in getting a new furnace and coil installed last Friday at my in-laws home in Newhall. After finding out that my father-in-law, Bruce, had signed yet another contract for work on his house, I thought this experience would be like all the rest, whereby sales representatives hustle unneeded work to senior citizens. This time, however, it was quite the opposite.
I have to admit that I was highly suspicious from the moment Bruce called and told me the Pacific Aire, Inc. technician advised that he needed a new heating system after performing a maintenance check on his existing one. After all, he was already taken to the cleaners several time this past year when construction workers sold him attic insulation, ducting, rat proofing, plumbing upgrades and a wide variety of other things that took total advantage of him.
After settling on a fair price with you for the work to be performed and understanding exactly what was needed and included, your two servicemen installing the new unit made quick work of the entire project. In one day, the job was complete and there was no evidence of workers even being there. The mess was cleaned promptly, the old furnace and coil were hauled away, the new furnace and coil worked to perfection, and my father-in-law couldn't have been happier. Me either!
